Booking & Payments

1. How do I book a VIBEHAUS Event?

You can book by:

   •    Filling out our “Plan My Party” form on our website.

   •    Contacting us at HELLO@VIBEHAUSEVENTS.COM or calling 219-301-2583.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

2. Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of inclement weather (e.g., rain, high winds) where we cannot set up safely.

3. When is my final payment due?

The remaining balance must be paid in full or canceled at least 48 hours before your event date.


Setup & Equipment

4. How long does setup take?

Setup and takedown take approximately 1 hour each. We require at least 2 hours before your event for setup.

5. What equipment is included in the rental?

Our rental packages may include inflatable structures, sound systems, smoke machines, and other accessories, depending on your booking selection.

6. How many people can fit in the inflatable tent?

Our inflatable structures can accommodate approximately 40-60 people, depending on the event setup.

Policies & Responsibilities

7. Am I responsible for the equipment during my event?

Yes, as the host, you are responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of all rented equipment by your guests.

8. Can I serve alcohol at my event?

VIBEHAUS Events & Co., LLC does not condone the use of drugs or alcohol at our events. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations if alcohol is served.


Cancellations & Weather

9. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your event may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or additional fees.

10. What happens if there is bad weather?

If inclement weather (rain, high winds, etc.) prevents setup, we will allow you to reschedule at no additional cost or issue a refund for your deposit.

11. Can I change my event date after booking?

Yes, date changes are allowed based on availability. Contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule.

Yes, you can request add-ons or changes to your booking up to 48 hours before your event, depending on availability.
